Next, we’ll schedule a free in-home consultation, where a registered nurse will conduct a thorough assessment to create a personalized home care plan tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Elite Home Care Solutions. We strive to provide the best possible care for you and your loved ones. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient process: Initial Consultation: All new clients are required to book an initial complimentary phone consultation. This will allow us to understand your needs and discuss the services we provide. Following the phone consultation, an in-home consultation will be scheduled with a registered nurse for a detailed home care assessment. Appointments: All home care appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including evenings and weekends, based on availability. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee amount]. We understand emergencies arise and will accommodate rescheduling as needed. Late Arrivals: If a client or caregiver is late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept [insert accepted payment methods]. For long-term care arrangements, payment terms will be outlined in your contract. Insurance and Documentation: If your services are covered by insurance, please provide all necessary documentation before the first visit to ensure a smooth billing process. Changes to Services: If there are any changes in the level of care required or additional services needed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust the care plan accordingly.
